Ahlmark Lines and Jönsson Nova appoint new CEO
As CEO Peter Anderson has chosen to step down from his role, the Board of Ahlmark Lines has appointed Björn Fredriksson as interim CEO.
Peter Anderson will leave the companies 30th of September, finishing a career of more than 40 years at Jönsson Nova, including the past nine years as CEO of Ahlmark Lines.
“I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Peter for his significant contributions and for the leadership he has shown over many years,” says Fredrik Turzik, Chairman of the Board.

I look forward with great confidence to the continued development of the companies.”
Björn Fredriksson will assume the role of interim CEO the 1st of October.
Björn has extensive experience in raw material matters within the forest industry, including from Billerud and Holmen, where he worked with chartering as well as vessel and port agreements. He also has good insight in both ships’ clearance and agency operations from previous roles. Most recently, Björn served as CEO of Södra Skogsägarna’s land holdings and its eight companies in the Baltics.
